I had a very large order. There were some items that were out of stock. I couldn't tell which ones because I ordered so many and the picture/description was too small. Nick emailed me and sent a code for credit on a future order. I was not happy with this and asked for a refund on my credit card. He never responded. I did place another order. I am overall happy with my order. There were 2 broken pieces but again, I had a very large order so it wasn't that big of a deal.
