you offer horrible customer service that takes a minimum 24 hours to hear back from someone. There is no phone number to call to help discuss sizing before ordering. You do not offer any type of resolution or guidance for customers that will be spending $400 on a dress. Horrible experience.

I asked for a full refund of the item or a replacement. I was told a refund was not possible and there was no replacement. I was given a percentage back to get the dress fixed. I paid $300 for a dress that I needed to get fixed is not what I was expecting. You have truly beautiful items but now I know the quality is far from that.
