I asked for a full refund of the item or a replacement. I was told a refund was not possible and there was no replacement. I was given a percentage back to get the dress fixed. I paid $300 for a dress that I needed to get fixed is not what I was expecting. You have truly beautiful items but now I know the quality is far from that.
