The delivery system is problematic. I bought two pairs while they were on sale (boxing day) because the zippers keep breaking. I wasn't home (but not far !) when delivery came (no notification of the delivery). So the shoes were sent to a remote pick-up location I couldn't get to because only open during my work hours and because I don't have a car. So they were sent back to the company, I had a refund, but will have to order again, without the discount ! I will look for another company.

After acknowledging the delay, Billy Footwear still refused to refund the 2-day shipping fee I paid for. They admitted the issue but hid behind policy instead of taking responsibility for a service that was not delivered. Charging extra for expedited shipping and then refusing refunds when it fails is misleading and unacceptable. I will be disputing this charge.
