The shipping cost to return a pair of shoes that were catching the zipper on an AFO was ridiculous. Not your fault but it meant that I will keep the shoes.
A policy of free shipping for the very first order would be awesome. It is very difficult to guess if the shoes will fit properly with AFOs as each AFO can is custom made. For example, the left AFO needed a higher side to prevent shifting of the foot. It caused the zipper to catch on the buckle attachment. There was no way to predict this.
