If the size or fit is wrong, they shipping and handling makes it pointless to return. Have a daughter with disability and really need to zip her feet into shoes. Seems to not work out more often then they fit well. Very frustrating as we don't have another option. Considering I live in Canada, exchanges shouldn't cost almost as much as the shoes.
