Poor experience at the booth-too sweet to my taste (tried different flavors). Poor service handing me multiple orders to carry without a bag to consolidate and no napkins. Usually I don’t expect or rate a service for cookies based on the latter, but for the price of each cookie, I expected a lot more. I understand others have had great experiences, and maybe it was not a good day to try it. If that’s the case, then I’d rather not pay into inconsistencies of both quality and service.

My first was great. The ladies at the booth were engaging. Answered questions, made suggestions. Very friendly! My second, not so much. I stood in front of the table while waiting for the person to finish her phone call before being acknowledged. I was tempted to put my purchase down and walk away. This is why it's a 3 star.
