Horrible customer service the clothes here is over priced they only offer store credo which is very misleading because they should have it in big print other than fine print every other store even big name brands cheap brands offer a full refund Emprada is trash they give you such a hard time and only store credit. Cheap material everything is overly priced. I’ve seen same or similar items in SHEIN and they do refund 100%.
