I can't fault OneSonic during any of my (many) experiences in dealing with them. They ship very quickly and the overall experience is always positive. The only blip was when I had a charging case for earbuds stolen from me in the gym. I still had the earbuds, but no way to charge them. OS weren't able to sell/provide me with a replacement. A small thing, and maybe understandable, but this would elevate them to absolute perfection in my book.
