I received a text offering a one-time 50% discount on Entry Pack Level 2 or higher. When I applied it to another Level 4 pack, checkout showed only 28,000 entries instead of the advertised 42,000. Support later explained the entry count display is incorrect when discounts are used and that full entries would be awarded. Unfortunately, I missed the promotion while waiting for clarification. The website should display the correct entry count to avoid confusion.
