The shipping and product descriptions are misleading. I had to contact them to get tracking info, and even that was wrong. 6-12 day shipping took over a month. It was excellent customer service as I order two items and one partial seat covers had some discrepancy in their material and remove them from the seats to avoid staining, however if they had white backs, could have made great covers. The company refunded 80% cost of them and I had to remove it as couldn’t risk staining the seats
