Customer service is not helpful. When you go to order, and input customizations it reverts to newborn size & they refuse to make changes once submitted. Realized this immediately after & the PO was not closed. Very frustrating as we spend our hard earned money and made an honest human error. Was told I can resale on a Facebook group, however it’s a name smock. Very unlikely I will find another child with the same name.
