1st order & ordered 3 pairs in medium which is what I usually wear. They are too big & need a small. I contacted customer service and was only offered 30% discount code on a new order or to ship back at my expense... not helpful at all. Your policy should at least allow for return or exchange at no cost to the customer if it's a first time order. Unfortunate you won't at least send 1 or 2 pairs to me in the correct size as a compromise.. won't be reordering due to poor customer service.
