Wanted a refund but was told return shipping would be more than the refund and that it was not a product defect. I disagree. Was offered a 20% refund, which was better than nothing, but terrible customer service. The response talked about ordering a different size, the arm bands don't come in sizes and there was another error in the response which makes me think they did not even know what my order was when responding.
