Very disappointed with both the products and customer service. The ring was poor quality, felt flimsy and was too small despite being the same size as other rings I wear. The earrings were extremely thin and fragile, with a design that requires bending them to wear and leaves a visible gap when closed. I was not told my refund would be reduced due to a multi-buy offer until after returning the ring, and I then had to chase my refund. I would not recommend this company.
