I ordered it to arrive as per the published delivery guidelines, but turned up a week earlier, did not want it that early as had to store safely on a building site

We placed an order for 2 roof lights from Cambridge Skylights for our new extension. We received our skylights within the advised delivery time but only then realised that we had ordered the incorrect size. We contacted Cambridge Skylights and explained the situation that we needed to exchange the skylights for a smaller size. The customer service advisor advised us to place a new order for the correct size of the skylights, and that they would arrange collection and return of the original skyli

I had a great experience with Cambridge Skylights. The order process was straightforward and easy to complete. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly, and someone always responded within a timely manner. They were also able to accommodate delivery on the exact date we needed so the fitters could proceed as planned. The product itself is excellent, and overall it was a really smooth and positive experience. I would definitely recommend them.
