Well I was sent the wrong earrings, so needed to return them. That was cool as I was sent a return label. But then had to wait for the returns to arrive back wirh Libertine before they could send out the correct order. I felt the gold star service would have been to immediately send out the correct order since it was Libertine's error not mine. Other than that, friendly polite and lovely to deal with.
