I have notified Johann Bartel that I will continue to be asked to pay this Fee unless Bartel contacts your local Fedex, to correct the error. The Shipping Fee was also much higher than other companies charge, and whereas either the outward or return postage costs are paid by the Seller, in this case I had to pay both. Altogether, not a satisfactory experience.
