The delivery was 1 month long because of delivery services (that I heard no longer work with OZO), but aside from that everything went perfect. I felt well informed and cared for as a client. I also really appreciate having a Discord server for quick communication and updates on possible hiccups. I'd give easy 5 stars if not for that 1 month wait.
