Frustrating that it's shipped from overseas which isn't clearly disclosed on the website. I paid for the fast/express option (called something like 'skip the queue') because I needed it in a week for a holiday but it didn't arrive in time (took 8 business days or 11 days total). The postage label had an Australia Post label stuck over the original one but it wasn't express and the tracking number I was emailed took me to a Chinese website and wasn't trackable via Australia Post.
