Email address is fake

Can’t contact customer service for a refund. Email is disconnected as is customer service phone number. Is this convenient or?? Multiple people trying to contact you via social media but can not get through to anyone.

Unfortunately, when I placed the order I didn’t realize that the clasp was gold-colored. I would have preferred something more understated, as the gold finish feels rather flashy to me.

Some stickers to label sections could be handy? Otherwise well thought out and executed product! Bought after seeing a friends

I liked the smaller pocket with its clips to open the compartments, need the clips for the bigger versions

Absolute scam. Do not order. They won’t even answer to your emails asking for a refund after not getting your order. No one cares. No customer support at all.

I was surprised that it needed to drop ship from China. That would have been a nice heads up, since it added so much time to shipping.

Fix your customer service. Email address doesn’t accept emails, the phone number doesn’t connect and orders don’t arrive.

Good afternoon I just received this order in the post this afternoon and have unpacked both PockTs and found them both scratched and scuffed up as if they have been re-packaged from old stock. See photos attached. Tried wiping them with a damp cloth but still scuffed and scratched.

I received my order (2 x Pockt Pro), and after opening them I noticed that both units have scratches or scuff marks. One of them also appears to have a burn mark on the opening clip. I also attempted emailing this info to [email protected] as per your website however, I received a response saying that your mailbox either couldn’t receive mail or the address couldn’t be found. I also messaged your facebook and instagram pages and got no response. Wouldn’t recommend your company.

The large pocket is a good idea
