My shopping experience with Pockt Pro was a bit of a rollercoaster.
Positive Aspects: The website was easy to navigate, making it simple to find and order the medication organiser. I appreciated the clear descriptions of the product features, which helped me make an informed decision.
Challenges: However, I faced a couple of issues. I ordered one purple and one green organiser but received two purples instead. Additionally, the shipping took much longer than expected, which was disappointing.
While I’m excited about the product itself, the order mix-up and slow shipping detracted from the overall experience. I hope they can improve these aspects in the future!
