Love the brand and company. At their price points, I expect more consideration of protecting pricing on exchanged items -- not requiring additional payment back to full price in order to exchange for a different size -- especially since their sizing is quite funky. I wear anything from small to extra large in the assortment, so hard to choose correct size when placing an order. I do not understand not being able to exchange an item at the same price originally paid.
