Never replied my emails. No customer service at all!

I was told I’d receive 2 watches and a necklace. All I got was a single watch.

Poor communication. Poor customer service. Difficult to return items. "Bonus with purchase item" never arrived.

No response to my shipment that never came. No response to customer service for missing package. Absolutely Terrible as now I have no Christmas gift to give.

I received the pearl watch today, however I did not received the silver watch or silver necklace I also had in my purchase. All three of these items are Christmas presents and I am very upset that two items are missing.

I’ve been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for my order to arrive. I ordered two watches and they came with two necklaces. I’ve only received one watch so far. I’ve sent two emails to customer service with no response. Not sure where the other half of my order is or why it’s taking so long.

Complete scam. Got sent a random watch I did not order wrapped in just bubble wrap when I ordered 2 watches. Not even a watch that’s on their website. No resize tool. No complimentary necklace like my order said. Never shopping here again.

product may be nice, but only one of the 2 items I’ve ordered, and none of the 2 free necklaces with purchase have arrived and I’ve had no communication with anyone when I’ve written them three times! Very disappointing as I ordered these long in advance before Christmas.

I bought two watches and I came with a resizing tool and a necklace. I have received one watch that doesn’t fit and haven’t received the resizing tool to get it to fit.

I ordered when it was buy one get one and the main wash I wanted for a gift did not arrive

I received a completely different item that what was ordered and when I reached out to have the correct items shipped or refunded I was ignored. It is a scam.

Still waiting on a reply about half of my order which was missing.

Customer service has not gotten back with me about an issue with my order. The package tracking process is very confusing and hard to understand.

I ordered 2 watches on a Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal. The 1st watch showed up a couple of weeks later. It's been about a month and the 2nd one still hasn't shipped. Seems unlikely to get here on time for me to mail it to my daughter for Christmas. I submitted my concern to Antiqlux last week and haven't heard anything back. I won't be purchasing anything further from this company.

I want my money back if you’re not going to send me the product. my item was sent pack due to “abnormal package” and have not gotten an update since. I have emailed 3 different times and got no response.
