Tell people where the packages are coming from, let them track their packages without having to pay extra fees, and put the actual color of your products on your site.

I requested a refund but never heard back.

I have sent multiple emails inquiring why I have not received the almost $200 worth of items I purchased, only to be IGNORED COMPLETELY. This has to be a scam. -10000000/10 would not recommend EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY

No shipping or tracking. Have to pay for shipping and took so long to receive i thought i was scammed

product never arrived, no one responded to repeated inquires and emails, had to file a credit card dispute to obtain a refund.

The customer service is abysmal. I ordered a watch that arrived over two weeks ago now, and I responded right away saying they sent me the wrong watch, but I have received no response or attempt to make contact with me. The watch I received had tacky fake diamonds and would definitely not recommend. Receiving the watch I ordered does not seem like too big of a request, but this has not happened for me. I would not recommend at this point because of the lack of customer care and support.

I ordered two watches and when I finally received them the color was not what the pictures showed and one wasn't even the watch I had ordered. Now I have to return and hope they send the correct one and wait an eternity to get it. To be honest, I probably would have been fine waiting long if they had been upfront about the shipments taking a while to arrive.
