I had a couple of questions that I sent to customer service via an email. I believe the responding persons name is Zachary. He responded to one of two questions regarding lag screw length. When I asked him to respond to my second question, I didn’t receive an answer regarding the required set screws - just a flippant response. I wanted a response like “ the set screws are self tapping 1-1/2” and go thru the top of the mount thru the rail (at locations shown in your manual) to keep it from sliding in the mount, slightly angled toward the panel as not to damaged the end of the rail on the solar panel”. An illustration would be helpful. Now I have a question about the vacuum relief valve and its location. The you tube video and manual contradict its location. The kit included a Tee - implying the vacuum breaker is installed inline. We would prefer to install the vacuum breaker at the top of the panels with a 90 as shown in the you tube video. I sent an email (twice) directly to Tyler since Zachary was of no help. I haven’t received a response. I was hoping the customer service would be better after investing in this product. I guess we’re on our own.

Excellent customer support out of San Diego. I placed 8 units in a Tempe home. Water temperature in the pool in March is in the 89-90 range.

It was easy to deal with the distributor & everything arrived in good shape. We like the cover that arrived with it. We will use this to protect the solar cover when it's not on the pool.
