3 stars only because of delivery and not so great communication from customer service when I had queries about the delay but the product got here and was worth the wait !

Ordering was easy and order arrived fairly quickly. My child loves her new face mask. She can put on and off with ease. No more crying about the rubber fitting over her head, no more pulling her hair, no more fogging mask just laughing and playing and having g fun in the water.

The shipping said 5-7 days and it ended up being more like 14.

My daughter loved her first TibaToes book with 4 pages. I ordered a new book with 8 pages and gave it to her right away. This new book has 6 pages with small velcro circles. Today, I noticed that 4 of those velcro circles were MISSING. I thought they were stitched into the book, but no, they're glued on and my daughter must've pried them off. I thought the product was safe for infants, but they're at least for toddlers and up. Please disclose on the product page. Thank you.

Doesn’t fit either of my children, expensive for the quality, return options are more trouble than it’s worth.

Terrible customer service. A simple exchange of one product for another, or a refund for the one I bought so I could buy another, turned into a literal bartering session of your company only trying to give me back at most HALF of what I paid for it.

Shipping is slow. Prices are high. Quality is good but sizing is off.
