It was easy to purchase. My only complaint is that the goggles were buy one get one free, but you couldn’t specify a size. One fits my 4 year old and thankfully the other fits my 8 year old, but if he had picked the color she did it wouldn’t have fit him very well. We lucked out in this case, but others may not.

My order didnt ship for a few weeks after I ordered it. I contacted customer service and was given a few answers when I asked about why my order had a shipping label created with no further movement for over a week. Finally, the last time I contacted customer service, the package showed movement less than 2 hours later. That tells me it was just sitting somewhere the whole time.

Went with this company hoping for quality goggles but wasn’t as expected. It also took a longer time to arrive. Should have gone with cheaper Amazon goggles.

Got the goggles, but didn't receive the coloring book or additional item as mentioned. The quality of the googles is not that good. Couldn't see the brand name 'tiba toes' anywhere on the product or packaging. Looked like some cheap chinese item.

Shipping was a bit slow. But great goggle quality even if my son doesn’t like how they preform.

You post the goggle in large boxes knowing full well we can’t return them due to postage cost. Horrible scammy company
