I have not spoken to customer service. I think the product selection interface should be more clear. When selecting the colors there was no indication that size of the goggles would be impacted. I don't intend to return the too large goggles and will only purchase again if the kids are really into them. So far I am really happy with the product and hope my kids will wear them in the pool not just around the house.
