I think I’ve already told you enough. You really need to listen to your customers next time not tell them to calm down when they are very very well within their rights to be stressed out with the treatment that has been received from the delivery company in the first place.
Isn’t it funny how they’re allowed to tell me to fuck off rude? All I was trying to do was explain to them that they were delivering the sofa to the wrong address.
And they were in the wrong car park
