It took a long time to get here, but it was worth the wait.

There was a delayed order due to international shipping problems. I asked about the status of the order several times over ~6 weeks, and each time the support team was fast, responsive, and extremely empathetic. The product itself is extremely quality. In my case: worth the wait!
