Your team was really awesome at helping find an installer, and I appreciated the assistance. Unfortunately, the suggestions didn't pan out. I actually called the Hyundai dealerships parts and accessories department, and they said they would help me. And for what I felt was a reasonable price. I also appreciated how quickly you all got back to me when I had a question. Thank you!

The running boards were delivered on time.

Sue was Great! I ordered running boards for my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy on Friday 11/14/25. Sue got them shipped the same day. One box was delivered on Monday and the second box on Tuesday. Sue even gave the installer in my area. I give 5 Stars to both Auto TechTrends and A&B Audio Store

The 2025 photos on their site aren't actually for 2025 models. They also show "only 1 item in stock" perpetually, which feels misleading and harms the purchase experience. No product images show the running boards on a 2025 Hybrid Kia Carnival. The only clear reference I had was a video I had to request via support during my own research. Installation guides are only sent to the shop, leaving no way to verify proper install or troubleshoot. Overall, poor website info and customer experience.

It was seamless we were vacating in San Antonio and on our way back to Charlotte NC we went to Houston and had them installed. Everything went well thank you AutoTech for making it easy for me to surprise my wife.

Shopping ok but telephone answering is poor. Usually no one answers the phone. Also, emails are not answered promptly so questions don't get answered.

While there was a delay in getting our order, their customer service was extremely helpful, kept us updated, and even expedited the shioment! We highly recommend AutoTech!
