The shoes were very disappointing. We're not to size. Even ordered larger than I wear and did not fit. Totally no support even though it was advertised for plantar fasciatis. Also sneakily there is a monthly charge attached, for what I have no idea. Totally avoid. Also you can't return unless you pay an astronomical charge for postage. Beware!!!!
