Great service. We visited Epic Ebike Adventures before our purchase and got to check out different brands of ebikes before we chose the Heybike Ranger S. The bikes came very quickly. They were built and ready to ride when we picked them up. We also received tips on how to ride them and maintain them since we were new to e-bikes.
