Worst Customer Service - No Action on Missing Order Order Number: #15698 I placed an order on October 30, 2024, and it has been 27 days with no product delivered and no refund issued. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but no action has been taken to resolve the issue. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Millex Company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I strongly advise others not to trust this company. I demand immediate action to either deliver my order or process a refund without further delay.
