I've already written several reviews and filed a "complaint." First, the promised gift was forgotten. This was resolved promptly, but I am VERY disappointed with the gift. A €11 pencil sketchbook while buying €220 worth of alcohol markers. It's a very strange gift because you can't use it with your purchase, so I have no use for it.
