Asked for refund, one person said yes, next thing i know, another person says replacement being processed, then several tubes of gel arrived. I am really very pleased with the positive effects in using the Pulsetto Fit. As to the experience of researching and purchasing the device… I will say that I did not find the marketing, purchase, and difficulty with accessibility & access to customer service, desirable.. It would befar more customer friendly and usable, were there to be a technician or representative, to provide customer service, answer questions that aren’t necessarily covered on the website…, and troubleshoot if needed.🙏🏻
