I’ve been sleeping about 1.5 -2 hrs more a night since staring to use my device. I only have had a few nights with poor sleep. It works!

Responsive and helpful.

Have to use the app to turn on the device which means using your phone before bed which keeps you awake. Also the LED is bright and blinding in the dark. You should be able to activate it with the press of a button and should be able to turn the LED off. Also it's completely unclear where one should be placing the electrodes on your neck. The fact that there's little info on that gives me suspicion that it doesn't really matter because the device is a fraud. I hope that's not the case.

You send too many emails.

We are disappointed. The effects of using the product are difficult to measure. The pleasurable experience of almost instantaneous relaxation portrayed in Pulsetto advertising material has proven to be misleading. It’s more like the experience of an uncomfortable electric current.

It could be better. The app gave me a lot of hell and then I stopped paying attention to it and I just ran it twice a day for 20 minutes. 20 minutes is said to be the pain level but you could do 20 minutes on stress level you could do 20 minutes on any of the levels that you want is a crap app that Miss direct you and gives you misinformation and it’s not accurate

Would not buy again

I have not noticed any difference in my sleeping.

I'll probably purchase the stress resilience program, however, I want more time with the basic programs before I do that. Slow and steady wins the race.

Needs to be useable when not connected to the internet.

I was annoyed that I was automatically signed up for Pulsetto prime and it was automatically renewed when I had not used it and had no intention of using it. I appreciate that that was discontinued in my money was refunded.There is no need for taking advantage of people who want to improve their health and well-being and I hope that this practice will be discontinued

I canceled the subscription to the app required to start using the device the day after I started using it, yet was still charged for it

I am so angry about the forced subscription I don’t know if I will feel good about using it. I wanted to give it a chance but guess that’s 300 dollars that you got from me, and it would have been ok but you just had to force another 45. Stupid customer service. Making a lot of enemies. According to Reddit I am not alone in this view.

Oh, I just told everything in the last review but again it’s a great product if you give it a chance and it really relaxes you and takes your pain depending on how often you use it I don’t use it as often as I should, but I’m working on it because I’m going through breast cancer right now and I am trying to get a good schedule up! But surely it’s a great product for !!!! I try to tell all my friends!!!

Pretty pricey.

Shopping experience went fine. Paid app is unfortunate.

Pulsetto has helped me to learn to focus on my inner self and learn to identify when I feel stressed or anxious. This allows me a cue to stop whatever I am doing and do a Pulsetto session. My Pulsetto practice has allowed me to learn to identify and redirect my emotions in order to help me focus on calming my inner self to a more peaceful place.

Awful. If this company isn’t a joke or a scam, I don’t know what is.

They have great communication.

I like it. Use it at least two times a day. Often more often.

I was charged for premium service when I did not want it. I wasted my money buying this product.

I asked for my subscription to be cancelled because I don't want another paying subscription. The customer service was cordial and prompt in cancelling my request.

As I stated in the previous area, a phone call, and emails were sent to me. It was a bit much. I did "Unsubscribe" from them. Since receiving it though, there has been no contact. Hopefully, someone reads this and will offer me some help with my Pulsetto Fit.

I was to get a free month of the premium. Then I was to get Three months for delayed shipping. I got neither. Now I was billed for the service.

I had to send three emails to get it to my house. Apparently, it was forgotten. They fixed it when I sent them a second email, and I'm grateful for that, but it shouldn't take that level of effort on my part

Cant figure it out

The company harasses for more sales constantly - even before the initial purchase is received.

I only gave four stars because the app seems to not keep track of my sessions at times. I have seen times where the Daily stimulation goal shows 5 days in a row but the app only reports 3 days in a row.

It is working very well, but not easy to Fit perfect
