I'm using the Pulsetto two times a day.

I absolutely love my Pulsetto! Since donating one of my kidneys I have struggled with severe anxiety... until finding the Pulsetto!!! I am overwhelmed with grateful for how it has changed my life!!!

It was great!

I incurred an extra charge, totally unexpected, which was refunded to my card after calling customer service. Some nights, nothing seems to help me get to sleep, but most of the time, Pulsetto works.

My device was on Time but they automatically add premium and I did not see anywhere I could remove it. What followed was frustrating until a manger stepped in

I am in love with this!! I have gastroparesis from a damaged vagus nerve. This helps in too many ways to count!

A sales rep called me the day after and asked if I wanted the traveling case. I declined and they hung up on me. Otherwise online purchasing was easy and appreciated the instructions for purchasing with an FSA.

Shopping was fine. Customer Support is very responsive. Want a refund for the device and they will not give it to me.

Never powered on.

Took several weeks to get order, other than that, all was as expected for online ordering.

I also do not like the fact you have to pay extra for the programming not knowing if it even works....if it does. The price of the devicee should more than cover and the app should be included in that. not extra subscription service. It makes it seem gimmicky or unless you are premium, this device doesnt even work as intended or provide benefits unless premium.

It was easy!

The worst customer service and I am looking for an alternative device. I was charged 2x for the premium web service even though I just signed up for the free trial. Your representative Geb did not follow through on what was promised in transferring the $90.00 I paid to an annual subscription. Very poor way of running a business!

Terrible gaslighting customer service

Wasn’t really sure to buy this or not, and I wish I did not. So far has done nothing for me.

Initially I didn't receive any shipping messages, so I reached out to the company. However, once the product arrived, it had lovely packaging and clear instructions and is generally easy to use.

Very poor marketing by your company. Moments after placing my order I began receiving calls to upsell your products. After half a dozen calls, in only a couple of days, I answered and asked to be taken off your call list. Still more calls. I was jaded before my VS even arrived. THEN, you tried to charge me for a premium app I never ever signed off on. That was it for me. I no longer wish to support your company and expect my refund promptly.

It was not clear during the purchase that this device is not recommended for use by patients with pacemakers. It caused interruptions in my pacemaker so I am unable to use it. I would like a refund.
