not the greatest experience so far. the device itself seems good, too early to tell definitely - but first badly delayed delivery, then being charged for premium after free trial ended when the device wasn't even delivered yet and now not being able to use the device due to the app not being able to contact pulsetto servers (i assume).

It will not let me use the device without logging in, and it will not let me login. I also paid for the premium services under my email, but when I login with the email, it does not work and then when I email Customer Service, they can’t find it, but I can see the charge on my credit card card. And it’s really frustrating that I can’t use the machine without the app even a simple use of it while you guys are down and having technical problems.
