My experience was awful. And not only took two weeks to receive my necklace after I reached out to them because I was concerned that they forgot my order. I finally received it two days after I reached out to them only to find that the necklace didn’t fit so I initiated a return the same day and shipped it back. I found out that my card was deactivated by my bank and they issued me a new card and reached out to Mureta to let them know that my old card was deactivated and I had a new card or they could press or they could process my refund by sending me a check. I called them over three times and each time nobody answer the phone and the voicemail was full. I sent them several emails, asking for a response asking for help and even messaged them through the Shop app and their website. Still, I received no response until today when Caroline informed me that it was too late they sent my refund to the deactivated card that doesn’t work and that now I have to take it up with my bank and that their bank refuses to allow my refund to go to my new card. My experience if I could give a zero stars, I would give it zero I will never purchase another piece of jewelry online and insist that people I know only purchased their jewelry in store.
