Somehow my order was taken by SHOP Of whom I don’t care for and would never Use them - trouble in the past- they don’t Follow thru and have no idea what is going on I received notification that the order would be Delivered by FedX of which it wasn’t I also was Told it was delivered - it wasn’t - and fortunately your company gave me the delivery company UniUni and that worked well👏🏻 Thank You

I am so grateful for the existence of this brand. A year ago, I got the worst breakout of my life. After a few months of trial and error, I discovered Biba de Sousa. I ordered the acne starter set and after only a few weeks my skin improved beyond my wildest dreams! Since then I've tried 17 different products and I love them all. This is my absolute favorite skincare brand. I have sensitive skin that’s dry, dehydrated, and oddly enough acne prone, which makes finding products incredibly difficult. Biba became my holy grail when my skin was at its worst and my confidence was at an all time low. From the first use, my skin responded beautifully. Not only did my complexion improve, but my confidence was restored tenfold. I will always trust this brand for the care, consistency, and results it delivers.

Shipped really quickly and I’m on the East Coast and it shipped from the West Coast!

I love all of the products from moisturizer to serums! I use it all and my skin never felt and looked better after struggling so long with acne and texturized skin!

Order took 2 weeks to arrive after being re routed back to California. When informing customer service of this issue nothing was done other than a them offering an apology. Customers pay too much money for these products to not be taken care when an inconvenience like this happens. There are too many other skincare brands that offer free shipping for just as high quality of products. No need to go with BIBA LA if this is how they handle their issues.

The products took a long time to arrive eventhough I paid for shipping. It took almost 1 month from the day I ordered the products before I received them. Although I like the products, the length of time it takes to receive them may influence my decision to order more products.
