Shopping is easy, making a decision on which one is the toughest (in a good sense!) and once, a special bracelet I ordered didn't arrive but the lovely and caring Sarah was able to locate a replacement for me which I cherish. That is the mark of a quality company and why I purchase these lovely items.

I placed a small order to evaluate the product. I liked the bracelets very much. I placed a larger order of Bible verse bracelets to gift our kids & grandkids for Easter. There was a slight issue with the order. I contacted customer service and my issue was resolved quickly and politely. I'm very impressed with this product and with their customer service. Excellent company to do business with. Quality products, affordable, with great customer service.

Orders arrive quickly and are accurate. Each bracelet comes with a very nice, small, heavyweight card with the featured verse.

There’s so many different options to choose from and I love the story.

The easy use of the website is great and checkout is painless and quick. As I’m in Australia, the only drawback is how long it takes for products to arrive. My expectations are always a month away from purchase date which makes buying date related items (like Easter, Christmas, etc.) a little late. I always plan on wearing them for the following year. I guess good things come to those who wait.

Easy to order a received quickly. Only thing was it came through Amazon delivery and they had opened my package and sealed it in a different box so I didn’t receive the bonus book. Received all bracelets ordered though. Also I would size down next time as my band stretched quickly.
