I love what the company stands for ! The bracelets are so cute and inspiring , the interactive ones are so cool because I make everyone’s day by having them scan it ! And I love that they also reached out to me to say thankyou for purchasing and wanted to know how I heard about Zox and than when I responded , they also responded back and that was nice ❤️

The hard part was choosing between the lovely bracelets. The order was filled correctly and quickly. I will be buying more!

Normally love shopping at ZOX and the quick shipping but this time my item was shipped via Amazon and I have yet to receive what was supposed to be a Christmas gift

I also dealt with their customer service with an issue not having to do with them directly and I was 100% satisfied with how they handled things. Customer service is lacking in general these days but they are awesome to deal with!

Shopping with Zox has always been a pleasure. The website is user friendly and their customer service is always great. I recently had to reach out to them for a few items missing from one of my orders and I heard back very quickly and without questions or hesitation, they fixed the issue promptly. Another time I needed to exchange a hoodie for a different size but had just missed the return window (used the item for a gift) and they helped me take care of that exchange no problem. Zox is great!
