Shopping is easy, making a decision on which one is the toughest (in a good sense!) and once, a special bracelet I ordered didn't arrive but the lovely and caring Sarah was able to locate a replacement for me which I cherish. That is the mark of a quality company and why I purchase these lovely items.

I placed a small order to evaluate the product. I liked the bracelets very much. I placed a larger order of Bible verse bracelets to gift our kids & grandkids for Easter. There was a slight issue with the order. I contacted customer service and my issue was resolved quickly and politely. I'm very impressed with this product and with their customer service. Excellent company to do business with. Quality products, affordable, with great customer service.

This one I got was a gift. 🎁. It was my first one and never heard of before. Super easy to use. Just tap top with your phone or hold it there. So simple. Love it.

I love picking out different bands as well as my watch bands. Customer Service is awesome. They are always willing to work with you to make things right if anything went wrong, which is very rare. Have a great day everybody don’t forget to tap your wrist and get a good message.

Orders arrive quickly and are accurate. Each bracelet comes with a very nice, small, heavyweight card with the featured verse.

There’s so many different options to choose from and I love the story.

The easy use of the website is great and checkout is painless and quick. As I’m in Australia, the only drawback is how long it takes for products to arrive. My expectations are always a month away from purchase date which makes buying date related items (like Easter, Christmas, etc.) a little late. I always plan on wearing them for the following year. I guess good things come to those who wait.

Easy to order a received quickly. Only thing was it came through Amazon delivery and they had opened my package and sealed it in a different box so I didn’t receive the bonus book. Received all bracelets ordered though. Also I would size down next time as my band stretched quickly.

Super easy to order, and if an oops happens in shipping as it had me... know that the ZOX team is working hard to bring you that order behind the scenes sometimes without you knowing they are correcting the path of your item. That kind if costumer service, is priceless!
