The first shipment was sent by Amazon shipping but disappeared from tracking. I contacted Zox through the app but got no response in over a day. I contacted them through FB Messenger and got a quick reply. They resent the items quickly. This is the second time I had to deal with customer service over 4 or 5 orders. While they resolved the problems fairly quickly, I don’t enjoy having to reach out to customer service so often when I order from them. But I love the bracelets.
