Previous orders with LANPWR have been excellent, which makes this experience disappointing. This time UPS appears to have lost the package while still marking it as delivered and has not responded to LANPWR’s follow-up. The use of Seel Worry‑Free Delivery has turned what should have been a simple claim into a frustrating process. LANPWR sells good products, but relying on Seel in this case has clearly made the situation worse rather than resolving it.
