It has been a month since I ordered and still no deodorant. I wrote after couple weeks to see if the order shipped and maybe no tracking was added, I was told they'd look into it. A week later I wrote again and eventually received tracking.
That tracking is still not active because all they did was print a label... I requested a refund and am done. I've been a customer since almost the beginning of this company and there's been other issues l've overlooked while making excuses for this company. Again, I am done...

I have been using the product for years and love it. Unfortunately, there is a serious problem with the fulfillment/shipping at PiperWai. It takes WEEKS and has taken up to 1 month to receive items and there is no way to track when the items will be delivered. The shipping rates are VERY expensive compared to other online sellers and yet there is never a way to track the order shipment. My husband & I are seriously considering using a competitor's product in the future.

It would have been nice if PW could have issued status updates.
