The overall experience is absolutely fantastic. It holds that shoulder in the place. I had shoulder surgery that had to do a scope on my shoulder or clean it up. Luckily, I didn't damage anything, but it did need to be cleaned up. So for overuse, but this helps protect the shoulder, especially after surgery. It also helps the healing process. Because you're not overloading, your shoulder.
