It’s been more than 30 days since I placed the order. All Customer Service tells me is “we cannot tell you when you will receive the order but we assure you it is on its way.” I think it will arrive when hell freezes over! item was supposed to be a birthday present and I had to buy something else instead. They are refusing to refund my money ($120) saying they cannot cancel orders which is not what I asked! Then they have the audacity to email me to review the item as though I received it!
