When it finally did arrive, the shoe is a fake UGG , the sizing is off it even has different labeling etc on the box and the shoe. I bought the shoe from a face book ad, it was and still is being sold as UGG ballet flats. Total scam, in reality I was sent UGH shoes instead of UGG Ballet flats!my recommendation…do not do business with Luvette.
